- Below 90%: 25% monthly credit
7.2 Support Response Times
- Critical issues (service unavailable): 24 hours
- High priority (major features not working): 2 business days
- General inquiries: 3 business days
7.3 Scheduled Maintenance
We will provide at least 48 hours notice for:
- Planned downtime exceeding 30 minutes
- Major version updates

- Use deceptive marketing practices
